My Mission & Goal
As a Life Coach, my mission is to help my clients look into the eyes of their own soul and face what is holding them back. My aim is to provide tools and reachable goals to help individuals get unstuck and break negative cycles. I also provide wisdom and strategies for navigating work-life balance. The end result is for my clients to reach their full potential and live with purpose.
My Professional Experience
I am a Certified Life Coach through Abundant Life Path University. In addition to this, I am a Graduate of Pistis School of Ministry. Counseling was one of my required courses to complete my studies. I am a published author and hold a B.A. in Information & Records Management from Davenport University. My background includes years in the marketplace as an administrative professional, blog writing, hosting a podcast show, and sharing inspirational and thought-provoking content on social media.
My Life Experience
There is something about this thing called “Life” that can teach you lessons and take you on adventures no classroom or textbook can prepare you for. I have also learned through what I have had to unlearn. This part can be tough as habits are many times hard to break. I have had my share of relationship challenges, workplace adventures, dodging curb balls, sunshine & rain, and finding my way to a place of purpose and destiny. The Grace of God has been my strength.

I offer one-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching, and Bootcamp training. My areas of coaching include personal development, vision & purpose, work-life wisdom, and book writing & publishing.
